We are launching a brand-new service to our schools and we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to kick start and manage this new SAFS (School Admin and Facilities Services) desk. Job Responsibility:
Kick start and manage the new SAFS (School Admin and Facilities Services) desk
Recruit permanent, long-term, short-term, and daily SAFS roles (any role within a school that is not classroom-based)
Work alongside Primary, Secondary and SEND Team of Consultants, partnering with them to recruit into their schools
Bring on new schools through business development
Requirements:
Temporary recruitment experience
Education recruitment sector background or experience from other recruitment sectors
Experience in recruiting high-volume roles (administrators, facilities or commercial staff within a fast-paced market)
Proven ability to hit sales targets, win business and build relationships
Enthusiastic and passionate about the education sector
Articulate, driven, money-motivated and seeking a long-term career move
