Job Description:

Monarch Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Manchester. Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Primary Education sector
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk

Requirements:

Target driven
goal-oriented individual
Strong sales drive and experience
To have worked in a recruitment or sales environment previously
Full Driving License
Strong communicator
