You’ll manage a dual desk recruiting both temporary and permanent administration and customer service roles within the construction and utilities sector. You’ll step into a warm desk with established client relationships, strong brand presence and real earning potential. Backed by a supportive, hands-on General Manager and surrounded by 7 ambitious, high-performing recruiters, you’ll have the autonomy, flexibility and support to deliver results fast. Job Responsibility:
Driving business development through cold calling, networking and sales activity
Managing and growing a warm client portfolio while winning new business
Partnering with clients to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality talent
Consulting with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Building your desk through creative marketing and BD initiatives
Requirements:
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Collaborative team player with positive energy
Holds a valid driver’s licence
