Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and and candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates inclusive of Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process for clients and candidates operating within the education recruitment market
• Delivering excellent results and service to all customers
• Build long-lasting candidate relationships through providing expert services and advice
• Deliver consistently high standards of activity and customer interaction to proactively drive business growth
• Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant legislation

• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business development skills and the ability to generate new business
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software / CRM systems and Microsoft Office
