Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and and candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates inclusive of Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors
Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process for clients and candidates operating within the education recruitment market
Delivering excellent results and service to all customers
Build long-lasting candidate relationships through providing expert services and advice
Deliver consistently high standards of activity and customer interaction to proactively drive business growth
Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Requirements:
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment
Strong business development skills and the ability to generate new business
Results-oriented with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in using recruitment software / CRM systems and Microsoft Office
