The focus of the role would be recruiting across a range of positions including Analysts, Assistants, and Operations Managers, partnering closely with clients on key hires and supporting candidates in securing opportunities where they can genuinely progress their careers within reinsurance. It’s a desk where you can hit the ground running from day one, with plenty of opportunity to build momentum quickly while putting your own stamp on it and continuing to develop within an established business.
