As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Cybersecurity market, playing a key role in driving the next phase of our growth. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development
  • Take ownership of the Cybersecurity market, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of business and candidates
  • Source high-calibre Cybersecurity professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and targeted headhunting
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement through to offer management
  • Lead negotiations with both clients and candidates while maximising revenue opportunities
  • Position yourself as a trusted market specialist

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment
  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with strong negotiation ability
  • Experience using CRM systems and recruitment tools
  • Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable
  • A desire to progress into leadership as the business grows

Experience in Cybersecurity recruitment is highly desirable
