As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Cybersecurity market, playing a key role in driving the next phase of our growth. Job Responsibility:
Develop and grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development
Take ownership of the Cybersecurity market, identifying opportunities for growth
Build and manage a strong pipeline of business and candidates
Source high-calibre Cybersecurity professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and targeted headhunting
Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement through to offer management
Lead negotiations with both clients and candidates while maximising revenue opportunities
Position yourself as a trusted market specialist
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment
3+ years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with strong negotiation ability
Experience using CRM systems and recruitment tools
Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable
A desire to progress into leadership as the business grows
Nice to have:
Experience in Cybersecurity recruitment is highly desirable
