Senior Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Construction

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycles for your clients, from sourcing to placement, for both temporary and permanent positions
• Become a talent expert within the field of white collar engineering and construction, building robust candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent for our clients

• A proven track record in 360 agency recruitment supporting both temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns (2 years minimum)
• Experience recruiting for technical white collar positions in the SA market (highly desirable)
• Evidence of building and maintaining strong client partnerships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, sharing ideas and knowledge with others
