Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally specialising in Change Management, Transformation, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of change and transformation processes, including experience working with roles like Change Managers, Transformation Leads, Programme Managers, and Process Improvement Specialists
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and candidates
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and delivering results, meeting targets, and achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities
