Job Description

As a Global Recruiter at Adyen you will be based in the company's Sao Paulo office and initially focus on the day-to-day recruitment process for vacancies in our Brazil and Mexico offices. Together with the HR team you will help finding, selecting and hiring the talented workforce of Adyen.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing pipeline end to end while partnering with Hiring Managers, Solution Leads and providing excellent candidate experience
  • Act as a first point of contact for potential candidates and recruitment agencies
  • Screen and engage talent that fit with our company culture
  • Create attractive and fun job descriptions together with the hiring manager
  • Develop a strong network of candidates and research/recommend on new sources for recruiting
  • Use data, sourcing metrics, insights and systems thinking to problem solve, influence and educate
  • Facilitate & improve Hiring Manager Trainings on a regular basis
  • Driving improvements in whole areas of hiring regional and sometimes global
  • Partnering with other members on the People team to solve complex challenges
  • Being an employer brand ambassador for Adyen as a speaker or leading the execution of certain employer brand activities
  • Have fun: Bring a vibrant, expressive and fun-loving personality to the job

Requirements

  • Full professional English and Portuguese language plus Spanish communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
