Job Responsibility
Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for Japan
Oversee delivery and talent acquisition efforts across broader APAC markets
Source and build long-term pipeline for best candidates
Act as primary talent advisor to leadership and HRBPs
Ensure quality of hire by translating recruitment data into actionable coaching for hiring managers
Manage candidates' experience from first contact to offer management
Share best practices and market intelligence with global recruitment team
Requirements
Significant full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 4+ years in-house within fast-paced tech, SaaS, or global organizations
Comfortable operating in a high-ownership environment proactively sourcing and engaging talent across niche and competitive markets
Business fluency in Japanese (native or JLPT N1 equivalent) is strongly preferred
Experience living or working in Japan is a plus
Experience building talent pipelines from scratch, conducting market mapping, and influencing hiring decisions in competitive hiring environments
Experience strategically collaborating with HRBPs, Rewards and the Business
Wealth of experience in collecting Recruiting data and leading data informed conversations
