Job Description

As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes developing new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and managing the offer process through to successful placement. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients across your specialist market.

Requirements

  • Prior recruitment experience, ideally within our core sectors
  • Desire to operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment lifecycle including business development, account management and candidate recruitment
  • Strong client relationships management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets
  • Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
  • For management-level roles: demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting performance goals, and consistently exceeding targets
