We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, providing strategic guidance and support to hiring managers across various business units within the medical device industry. As a trusted recruitment advisor, you will focus on sourcing top-tier talent, managing requisitions, and ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of 15-30 requisitions, including complex roles in sales, marketing, supply chain, quality, operations, finance, and R&D
Actively source candidates for positions in medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, clinical science, and corporate functions, dedicating significant time to identifying passive talent
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, offering market insights and recruitment best practices to support their hiring needs
Coordinate interview schedules and oversee portions of the recruitment process, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and reporting requirements
Participate in regular meetings with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to align recruitment strategies and address evolving needs
Utilize Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter tools to manage applicant tracking, sourcing, and workflow optimization
Educate leaders on the benefits and capabilities of the Center of Excellence model, fostering collaboration and trust
Adapt to organizational changes and new processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within clinical science, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and fill challenging positions effectively
Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent follow-up practices
Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport with stakeholders
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations is preferred
Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills
