We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for mid-level to executive roles across engineering, product, and marketing. As we scale, this role will be critical in building strong talent pipelines from mid to C-level positions and supporting hiring for new product launches. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, strategic approach to sourcing within niche tech communities, strengthen our employer brand, and help position the company as a top destination for tech and leadership talent.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, marketing, and leadership roles, focusing on mid-level to C-level positions, ensuring alignment with business growth and company objectives
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies targeting top talent, focusing on engineering roles as well as leadership positions, utilizing communities such as GitHub, Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, and other social media platforms
Lead employer branding efforts and cultivate relationships with industry influencers and tech community leaders to strengthen brand visibility and attract top-tier talent
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
Enhance and optimize the recruitment process by utilizing modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and continually improving performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in tech hiring and executive recruitment, using this knowledge to shape and adapt recruitment strategies to ensure a competitive edge
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, especially for senior-level and executive talent, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive journey
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on engineering, product, data and executive-level hiring (C-level, Directors, senior leadership)
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting through niche tech communities, including GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Telegram and other industry-specific platforms
Experience in employer branding and building relationships with industry influencers or tech community leaders, with a strong understanding of talent marketing’s impact on hiring success
Experience in building long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership
Familiarity with the tech talent market, including compensation structures, industry trends, and best practices for tech hiring
Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools to track performance and streamline processes
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all stages of the recruitment process
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
