We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for talent, and leverages AI-powered recruiting tools and data-driven insights to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from requirement gathering and AI-assisted sourcing to offer management and onboarding handoff
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, workforce planning needs, and hiring success metrics
Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS platforms, job portals, talent intelligence platforms, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates
Utilize AI-driven screening and assessment tools to evaluate candidate suitability, skills alignment, communication abilities, and cultural fit
Conduct recruiter screenings and candidate assessments, combining AI insights with human judgment to ensure quality hiring decisions
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring seamless scheduling, timely feedback collection, and positive stakeholder experiences
Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline data, and hiring analytics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and niche technology roles using predictive sourcing and talent mapping techniques
Analyze recruitment metrics and AI-generated insights to improve hiring effectiveness, including time-to-fill, source performance, offer acceptance rates, quality of hire, and pipeline health
Drive data-informed hiring decisions by presenting talent market insights, candidate trends, and recruitment analytics to hiring leaders
Manage offer negotiations and closures while ensuring alignment with compensation structures, budgets, and internal approval processes
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through personalized engagement, timely communication, and AI-enabled process efficiency
Support employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, talent communities, referral programs, campus hiring, and recruitment marketing activities
Continuously explore and implement AI tools, automation opportunities, and recruitment best practices to enhance recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes
Mentor and guide junior recruiters on AI-enabled recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, recruitment analytics, and process excellence
Requirements
Any Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4-5 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experience with AI sourcing and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter AI, SeekOut, HireEZ, Eightfold, Gem, etc.)
Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven hiring
Expertise in Boolean search and talent mapping
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment automation platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting capabilities
