Recruiter for Group Digital, part of a team that supports our global digital organisation with their recruitment needs. The role is a permanent position based in our Banyanhult office in Bangalore, India.
Job Responsibility:
Create a strong pipeline of diverse and talented candidates
Fill end-to-end job vacancies in our hub in Bangalore, India
Be a daily partner and adviser to hiring managers
Coach, challenge and support hiring managers to create a great candidate experience
Secure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers from initiation of recruitment until the new colleague's first day
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience within the IT/digital recruitment field with complex technical roles
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of how to search, map and reach out on different platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Google etc.
Knowledge of the recruitment process for technical roles
Ability to coordinate and drive parallel processes
Experience initiating projects and driving them forward
Seniority to be a great partner and talent adviser in how we recruit at IKEA
Previous experience as an In-house recruiter is a plus
