We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for some of our most important roles. Your reqs will span engineering (AI/ML, research, applied AI, and infra), Product, Product Design, and non-technical teams like Success. You love to source, can go deep in a competitive AI talent market, and are just as comfortable running a polished Product Design loop the next hour. At the senior level, you shape how we hire, partner closely with leaders across the business, and help us land the talent that shapes Bubble's future.
Job Responsibility
Own full-cycle recruiting for AI engineering, product, design, and other priority roles, from intake through close
Build creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies that reach passive candidates other recruiters miss, especially in AI/ML
Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor: calibrate, pressure-test scorecards, coach on interviewing, and keep loops moving
Lead complex, cross-functional hiring initiatives (new teams, new interview loops, sourcing strategies) and influence decisions inside and outside the recruiting team
Own offer conversations end-to-end: sell the mission, navigate comp and competing offers, and land the hire
Use pipeline data to drive decisions and scalable improvements, and model Bubble's values and a strong feedback culture throughout
Requirements
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a sustained 80%+ offer-accept / close rate, including a strong track record hiring AI engineers
Have also recruited across Product, Product Design, and non-technical roles, and flexed your style, approach, and sell by function
Startup + big-company experience preferred
