We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a respected global construction and property consultancy. This position will lead end-to-end hiring efforts, helping the business attract strong talent across a range of corporate and operational needs. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing approach, strong partnership skills, and the ability to manage recruiting activity efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current openings and anticipated hiring needs by using direct outreach, networking, referrals, and job platforms
Partner closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, align on candidate profiles, and deliver a consistent hiring process
Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining organization, timely communication, and a strong candidate experience
Use the applicant tracking system to document activity, monitor hiring progress, and keep records accurate and up to date
Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit before advancing talent through the interview process
Advise stakeholders on recruiting market conditions, search strategies, and process improvements that support successful hiring outcomes
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer preparation to move candidates efficiently through each stage
Support employer branding efforts by presenting the organization in a compelling and thorough manner to prospective talent
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in the AEC industry - preferably construction consultancy
Strong background in candidate sourcing, including proactive outreach and pipeline development
Ability to handle multiple open roles at once in a high-volume recruiting setting
Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet hiring deadlines
Sound judgment in assessing candidate qualifications and guiding hiring decisions
