As part of our sustained growth, we are expanding our Group Talent function and seeking an experienced Technology and Engineering Recruiter to support the delivery of high quality recruitment outcomes across our multi‑brand organisation. This role presents an excellent opportunity to help shape our recruitment strategy, strengthen technical talent pipelines and ensure a consistently positive experience for all candidates. As Senior Recruiter, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver high quality candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also help strengthen talent pipelines and drive improvements in recruitment performance across Marston Holdings.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across technical and specialist roles
Develop resourcing strategies and market insight
Proactively source active and passive candidates
Create engaging job adverts and attraction campaigns
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and feedback
Produce recruitment reports and MI data
Requirements:
Experience recruiting technical, specialist or engineering roles
Strong direct sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Strong analytical and reporting skills
