Job Description

Marston Holdings is a leading provider of technology enabled services to both the public and private sectors. As part of our sustained growth, we are expanding our Group Talent function and seeking an experienced Technology and Engineering Recruiter to support the delivery of high quality recruitment outcomes across our multi‑brand organisation. This role presents an excellent opportunity to help shape our recruitment strategy, strengthen technical talent pipelines and ensure a consistently positive experience for all candidates. As Senior Recruiter, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver high quality candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also help strengthen talent pipelines and drive improvements in recruitment performance across Marston Holdings.

Job Responsibility
