We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Recruiter to lead and execute high-volume hiring initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, hiring drive management, and the ability to manage and mentor HR interns while working closely with business and operations teams.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, organize, and execute large-scale hiring drives (virtual and on-ground)
Manage bulk hiring for Operations and other frontline roles
Lead and manage a team of HR interns, including task allocation, training, and daily performance tracking
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
Design and roll out attractive and effective employee referral bonus programs to boost hiring outcomes
Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve hiring efficiency (preferred)
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, timelines, and priorities
Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports for leadership review
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong experience in bulk hiring and hiring drive management, especially for Operations / Customer Support roles
Proven experience in managing and mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
exposure to AI hiring tools is a plus
Ability to conceptualize and execute lucrative referral programs
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a 6-day, in-office setup
