Senior Recruiter

• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale hiring drives (virtual and on-ground)
• Manage bulk hiring for Operations and other frontline roles
• Lead and manage a team of HR interns, including task allocation, training, and daily performance tracking
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
• Design and roll out attractive and effective employee referral bonus programs to boost hiring outcomes
• Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve hiring efficiency (preferred)
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, timelines, and priorities
• Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring reports for leadership review
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong experience in bulk hiring and hiring drive management, especially for Operations / Customer Support roles
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring HR interns or junior recruiters
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• exposure to AI hiring tools is a plus
• Ability to conceptualize and execute lucrative referral programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a 6-day, in-office setup
