Job Description

Are you an experienced Senior Recruiter looking to partner with a fast-growing startup in Athens? We are seeking a flexible professional for a freelancer cooperation to take on a key role in the expansion of the company. You'll be responsible for attracting, selecting, and placing talent for all the new physical stores, from entry-level staff to Store Managers. Working closely with the HR and Management Team, you will ensure the new hires perfectly fit the brand identity and fuel the rapid growth of our store network. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a high-impact, flexible capacity.

Job Responsibility

  • Organizing and executing the recruitment strategy for all new stores
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, evaluation, and offer management
  • Gaining a deep understanding of all in-store roles to effectively evaluate candidates
  • Collaborating with the Store Network Manager to forecast staffing needs
  • Building a robust talent pipeline for future needs and career development
  • Managing HR tools and recruiting reports

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail or HoReCa recruiting
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English
  • The ability to build trusting relationships with managers and candidates
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a startup mindset
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A solid understanding of the operational environment of physical stores

Nice to have

A Master in Human Resources will be considered a plus
