• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to engage passive candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and deadlines

• Proven experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in using CareerBuilder and other recruiting tools to source candidates
• Strong ability to conduct cold calls and engage with passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies in the retail or financial services industry is a plus
