Dandy is hiring a University Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. You will play a critical role in shaping our early-career pipeline by attracting, engaging, and hiring top students from universities, boot camps, and emerging talent programs. You’ll partner closely with high-performing hiring teams, and our People team to create a high-velocity, high-impact campus recruiting engine. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and wants to make a visible impact on company growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and early-career candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, professors, and student organizations
  • Develop campus engagement strategies (info sessions, career fairs, on-campus events, virtual programming, etc.)
  • Create scalable processes for college recruiting hiring across multiple teams
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview processes
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting coordinators to schedule interviews and move candidates through pipelines efficiently
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Ashby, Juicebox, and sourcing channels to proactively build top-of-funnel pipelines
  • Use data to measure outreach effectiveness, track trends, and continuously improve our college recruiting strategy
  • Help shape employer brand presence for early-career talent through social media, events, and student communities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of university recruiting, campus recruiting, or early-career sourcing experience
  • Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, data) in a high-growth or startup environment highly preferred
  • Strong relationship-builder with the ability to represent Dandy with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly with limited resources
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • able to juggle multiple events and pipelines simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and apply nuanced talent standards to early-career hiring
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a passion for process improvement
