Job Description:

As a dynamic, early-stage global business, we’re growing —and we need a Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter who thrives on building, innovating, and delivering results. This is not a “plug-and-play” recruiting role. It’s an opportunity to help grow a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function from the ground up while directly shaping the future of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with hiring managers to define needs, craft strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
Own end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding offers
Innovate and implement processes that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities globally
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring every hire strengthens our business and culture

Requirements:

Proven experience, at least 10+ years, in Talent Acquisition within property casualty insurance is a must
Broader financial services is also considered
A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating structure where none exists
Strong research, sourcing, and assessment skills
A collaborative approach and a passion for doing things the right way
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and leaders
Global experience working across multiple geographies
