Job Description:

We’re searching for a Senior Recruiter & Strategic Sourcer to help shape the way Spotify attracts, connects and hires world-class talent. In this role, you’ll help implement sourcing strategies that fuel critical hires today and create pipelines we can share across Talent Acquisition teams for tomorrow. You’ll flex seamlessly between strategic sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting, always ensuring Spotify stays ahead in the race for the most competitive talent. You’ll be a trusted partner, an innovator, and a connector - leveraging AI, insights, and market expertise to drive smarter, more scalable recruiting strategies across the business. This role will sit within one of our P&T TA teams, but will impact work across global TA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Develop sourcing strategies that connect pipelines across business areas, enabling TA teams to leverage talent networks company-wide
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to help build out pipelines and extend their networks
  • Use AI and data-driven approaches to map markets, anticipate hiring needs, and engage top-tier passive talent
  • Build pipelines for critical skills - especially in AI, machine learning - that keep us future-ready, not just reactive
  • Recruiting & Flex Support: Own the full recruitment lifecycle in high-impact areas, from intake to offer negotiation
  • Step in across TA teams to support evolving business initiatives and ensure critical roles are filled quickly and effectively
  • Partner with TA hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leaders, providing market intelligence and talent insights for critical roles
  • Present data and trends that inform hiring decisions, working closely with our Talent Intelligence lead
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Share pipelines, strategies, and insights across the global TA community, amplifying impact beyond your immediate roles
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage

Requirements:

  • An experienced in-house recruiter with strong sourcing expertise in competitive markets
  • Skilled across EMEA (global experience a plus) with the ability to flex into both strategic sourcing and end-to-end recruiting
  • Confident using AI, data, and technology to build smarter sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Experienced in identifying and engaging AI and advanced tech talent in highly competitive markets
  • A consultative partner, able to influence leaders with insights and recommendations
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and adept at engaging world-class talent globally with influence and impact
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, energized by connecting pipelines and knowledge across TA teams
  • Passionate about building inclusive processes and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
What we offer:
  • Extensive learning opportunities, through our dedicated team, GreenHouse
  • Flexible share incentives letting you choose how you share in our success
  • Global parental leave, six months off - for all new parents
  • All The Feels, our employee assistance program and self-care hub
  • Flexible public holidays, swap days off according to your values and beliefs
