The Early Careers team builds and delivers global programs that engage, recruit, and hire students and early-in-career talent. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders, the team manages early career recruiting and programming, creating inclusive, high-quality experiences that develop future talent and support long-term business needs. As a Senior Recruiter on the Early Careers team, you will own the end-to-end internship and co-op recruiting process for Canada based technical, game design, and art roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to guide hiring decisions, manage recruiting operations, and deliver a positive candidate experience at scale. In addition to execution, you will use data and insight to influence process improvements and support the long-term success of early career programs. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, adaptability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead the full cycle internship/co-op recruitment process for Canada based technical, game design, and art teams
Create job descriptions, secure role approvals through the company ATS, and post requisitions
Manage recruiting data by maintaining candidate pipelines, process steps, and team‑facing trackers
Oversee candidate workflow and communications across CRM, ATS, and event platforms to ensure transparency and collaboration
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful, timely communication via email, phone, and video
Serve as the primary point of contact, advisor, and subject matter expert for hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners on university recruiting and internship programs
Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires
Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to inform recruiting strategy and drive process improvements
Act as a consultative advisor, influencing leaders, HR, and hiring managers to adopt more efficient and effective hiring practices as needed
Execute recruitment objectives with a focus on process efficiency and scalability
Support for school and conference events
Requirements:
4+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, including ownership of requisitions from intake through hire
Advanced proficiency in English and French
ability to conduct professional conversations and produce written materials in both languages
Demonstrated experience with high‑volume university or early‑careers recruitment
Strong understanding of university recruiting processes and familiarity with academic institutions, including faculty and student constraints
Proven ability to manage recruiting data, candidate pipelines, and workflows using ATS, CRM, and related recruiting technologies
Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive recruiting outcomes
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events for 30–300 participants
Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated use of recruiting tools and systems to improve efficiency and scale
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
