Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, strategic sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation
Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing expert guidance to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive, long-term talent acquisition strategies for our North American offices
Act as a talent advisor, proactively identifying and engaging top-tier talent through creative and advanced sourcing techniques. Cultivate deep, authentic relationships with candidates to ensure a world-class hiring experience from the first point of contact to post-offer communication
Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to refine sourcing strategies, identify trends, and inform business leaders on talent availability and compensation
Champion an inclusive hiring process, coaching hiring teams on best practices to attract, assess, and select a diverse pool of candidates
Multiply your experience and knowledge working closely with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years experience in Recruitment
Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market
Fintech/Payments experience is greatly appreciated
Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes
Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively
Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool
