Job Description:

We’re looking for a mission-driven Senior Recruiter to help build and scale our Care Transformation team—Ambience’s go-to-market and implementation arm. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to execute high-quality, full-cycle recruiting, build scalable processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across critical roles. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments and enjoys owning execution while contributing to the evolution of recruiting systems and practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of Care Transformation roles, including account management, implementations, customer success, and adjacent functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and run structured, high-signal hiring processes
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using AI tools, referrals, social channels, and selective agency partnerships to maintain a strong and diverse pipeline
  • Implement and continuously improve recruiting workflows in Ashby, including scorecards, interview training, and process documentation
  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer close, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and excited throughout the process
  • Use data and hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, acceptance rates) to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting outcomes
  • Support offer strategy and closing conversations in partnership with Talent and hiring managers to drive strong acceptance rates

Requirements:

  • You’ve led full-cycle recruiting efforts in startup or high-growth environments, including situations where you’ve had to sell candidates on vision, impact, and trajectory
  • You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy building structure where little exists, without needing perfect information to move forward
  • You’ve successfully hired across multiple functions (e.g., GTM, support, technical or implementation roles) and know how to assess both capability and team fit
  • You’re execution-focused and outcome-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over hiring results
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your approach for candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
  • You use data, structured interviews, and scorecards to raise the hiring bar and reduce bias
  • You’re resilient, resourceful, and steady in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift
  • You care deeply about candidate experience and follow-through, and you don’t let strong candidates fall through the cracks
What we offer:
  • An opportunity to work with cutting edge AI technology, on a product that dramatically improves the quality of life for healthcare providers and the quality of care they can provide to their patients
  • Dedicated budget for personal development, including access to world class mentors, advisors, and an in-house executive coach
  • Work alongside a world-class, diverse team that is deeply mission aligned
  • Ownership over your success and the ability to significantly impact the growth of our company
  • Competitive salary and equity compensation with benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, quarterly retreats, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan
