Job Purpose: The Senior Recruiter, APAC is responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across Southeast Asia, India, and ANZ, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent into critical roles across the region. Based in Bangkok, this role partners closely with business leaders and HR to translate hiring needs into effective recruitment strategies and outcomes. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a recruiter who brings a strong blend of agency and in-house experience, is confident operating across multiple markets, and can proactively source and engage talent in competitive environments. The role requires strong market awareness, pace, and the ability to manage stakeholders across different countries and time zones. In addition to execution, the Senior Recruiter contributes to improving hiring practices, strengthening talent pipelines, and elevating overall recruitment effectiveness across APAC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience across agency and in-house environments
  • Proven track record hiring across APAC markets, particularly Southeast Asia, India, and ANZ
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (commercial, technical, operations, corporate)
  • Strong sourcing skills using ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other platforms
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required

Nice to have

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Hiring experience within the automotive, lubricants, chemicals, or related industries
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms
