Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Reconciliation Analyst at a global asset management co. based in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in custody/trade operations and/or fund accounting in the financial services and/or asset management industry(s) with substantial reconciliation experience. This is a temporary role (est. 6+ months) and will pay between $35.00 and $45.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week. Starts April 27, 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Daily reconciliation of fund cash activity including foreign exchange (FX) transactions
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of account holdings and activity between co. and custodian bank
  • Research and resolve trade and FX discrepancies by interacting with brokers and custodian banks
  • Prepare wire transfers to fund investment activity
  • Process and reconcile trade activities, cash, foreign exchange, asset position, overdrafts, cap stock and expense administration
  • Daily, month and quarterly reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of custody/trade operations and/or fund accounting experience
  • Substantial reconciliation (asset position/cash) experience
  • Team player with a strong focus on getting the job done within established strict timeframes
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve the objectives of the sub-function and contribute to the overall success of the department

  • Independently manage and resolve most issues, supporting team to address complex problems where appropriate
