Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people and creating great workplace experiences. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Budapest office — helping employees, visitors, and clients feel supported and valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, smooth operations, and a friendly, efficient environment that reflects our organizational values. During the first few months, the main floor of the site will be under refurbishment. This means you’ll start with a back-office focus — a great opportunity to learn about the site, our processes, and team culture before stepping into a fully operational front-of-house role when the space reopens.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a positive first impression by providing warm, professional greetings to all visitors
  • Manage visitor registration, calls, meeting coordination, and office technology support
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to make every workplace interaction smooth and enjoyable
  • Support workplace events and initiatives that bring people together
  • Help maintain a comfortable, safe, and well-functioning office environment in partnership with facilities management
  • Monitor service standards and ensure everything runs efficiently and securely
  • Participate in safety checks, contractor verification, and emergency coordination as needed
  • Actively collect and act on feedback to make the workplace even better
  • Support events, analyze performance data, and help implement service improvements that exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or facilities management — corporate workplace experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Discreet, reliable, and adaptable
  • Professional presentation and readiness for occasional physical tasks

Nice to have:

Corporate workplace experience is a plus

What we offer:
  • Full-time employment with a competitive package, including private healthcare and life insurance
  • A supportive, inclusive multinational environment that values your wellbeing and professional growth
  • Clear opportunities to grow
  • Freedom to share ideas and take initiative
  • Access to professional training and a collaborative workplace culture that encourages learning and contribution
