Senior Real Estate Project Manager

• Portfolio Management: Compile, manage, and analyze the organization’s portfolio of project and corporate debt/equity
• Oversee all reporting requirements in connection with real estate assets and financing
• Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with local finance and HR teams to gather headcount growth projections
• Prepare reports for the Regional Real Estate Manager (Southern Europe) to ensure local strategy aligns with global goals
• Project Leadership: Deliver commercial fit-out projects from inception to "go-live"
• Engage architects and contractors, developing plans, and ensuring full compliance with corporate workplace standards
• Workplace Operations: Guide all facilities and workplace operations to create an exceptional environment that reflects and deepens the company culture
• Procurement & Compliance: Develop and issue RFPs, review construction drawings, and negotiate with vendors
• Ensure all real estate contracts and documentation are compliant and that all legal obligations are met
• Mentorship: Act as a Senior Professional, working independently on complex problems while coaching and reviewing the work of junior-level professionals

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in the project management of commercial real estate interior construction and build-outs
• Proven track record in managing RFPs, submittals, and vendor negotiations
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Strong ability to apply advanced knowledge to complex problems with limited supervision
• Strong relationship-building skills, innovative thinking, and a structured, resilient approach to project delivery
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is considered a significant advantage
