Job Responsibility

  • Project & Portfolio Planning (Primary Focus): Maintain a forward-looking, integrated view of the WE project pipeline across multiple functions
  • Align scope, timing, and dependencies across multiple functions
  • Translate approved direction into execution-ready plans
  • Identify execution risks, sequencing conflicts, and readiness gaps early
  • Intake & Decision Support: Support the Steering Committee with planning-focused intake summaries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance or related field (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years - Related work experience in a real estate client relationship management role
  • Corporate real estate or workplace planning experience
  • Strong understanding of: Lease transactions and critical dates
  • Capital project and construction sequencing
  • Workplace moves and restacks
  • Facility operations and security impacts
  • Advanced experience with Airtable or similar planning platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of Procore and CoStar
