Job Description

The American Housing Corporation is on a mission to solve America’s housing crisis through all-out production. We believe that America’s affordability crisis is fundamentally a production crisis, and that solving it requires a vertically integrated development approach: We buy land, and manufacture, install, and sell our homes directly to customers. This is the only way to build at the scale necessary to solve this crisis. As a Senior Real Estate Analyst, Development and Acquisitions, you will play a central role sourcing, underwriting, and advancing land and development opportunities that directly support AHC’s vertically integrated housing production system. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in environments with high standards, direct feedback, and real consequences, and who wants their work to matter.

Job Responsibility

  • Source, underwrite, and advance land and development opportunities that feed AHC’s housing production pipeline
  • Build and manage a prioritized acquisition pipeline across existing and expansion markets
  • Perform development underwriting, including pro formas, residual land value, yield on cost, and sensitivity analysis
  • Support full-cycle deal execution, including LOIs, due diligence, entitlement coordination, and closing readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, manufacturing, software, and finance to ensure sites align with build system and cost constraints
  • Prepare clear investment summaries and pipeline updates for leadership decision making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, underwriting, or investment analysis
  • Strong technical fluency in real estate financial modeling and development feasibility
  • Experience operating in institutional investment or development environments with high analytical standards
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals with speed, discipline, and judgment
  • Comfort operating in high-intensity, highly candid environments where ideas are challenged and performance matters

What we offer

  • robust benefits
  • meaningful equity participation
