Job Description:

The Senior Real Estate Acquisition Specialist will manage their own pipeline of prospects, taking full ownership of the deal cycle from initial contact to closing. This role requires a professional demeanor, sharp communication skills, and an ability to build rapport quickly. Job Responsibility:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Move all prospects to the appropriate stage of the pipeline via CRM, maintaining a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline
  • Diligently follow up with potential clients, documenting all interactions within our CRM system
  • Educate prospects on how we can assist them with expert knowledge and understanding
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance client service and satisfaction
  • Identify and report any emerging client concerns to the Sales Manager
  • Ensure a seamless transition for clients from initial contact through to deal closure

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-volume sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adaptable and open to learning and implementing new sales processes
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing one’s own time effectively
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Illinois
