The Senior Real Estate Acquisition Specialist will manage their own pipeline of prospects, taking full ownership of the deal cycle from initial contact to closing. This role requires a professional demeanor, sharp communication skills, and an ability to build rapport quickly. Our specialists are motivated by a passion to help, understanding that their efforts directly contribute to the company’s success and, more importantly, to the well-being of our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Move all prospects to the appropriate stage of the pipeline via CRM, maintaining a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline
Diligently follow up with potential clients, documenting all interactions within our CRM system
Educate prospects on how we can assist them with expert knowledge and understanding
Collaborate with the team to enhance client service and satisfaction
Identify and report any emerging client concerns to the Sales Manager
Ensure a seamless transition for clients from initial contact through to deal closure
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-volume sales
Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in person
Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments
Strong presentation skills
Adaptable and open to learning and implementing new sales processes
Self-motivated and capable of managing one’s own time effectively
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, Illinois
