With over 80 digital products delivered across Europe and North America, we help visionary companies accelerate their digital development initiatives. We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to join our mobile team. You’ll work on impactful projects, building intuitive and scalable cross-platform mobile applications that push boundaries and deliver real value. If you're passionate about mobile-first experiences and React Native development with TypeScript, this is the role for you. This is a hybrid position based in Cluj-Napoca, combining the flexibility of remote work with the energy of in-person collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications using React Native and TypeScript
  • Ensure consistent and performant user experiences across iOS and Android
  • Manage app deployment pipelines to the App Store and Google Play, including provisioning and release management
  • Build and maintain custom native modules using Swift and Kotlin, where required
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement features end-to-end
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that aligns with industry standards
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Monitor performance and debug issues in production environments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production environments
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, and state management
  • Proven experience with mobile release pipelines on both iOS and Android
  • Familiarity with profiling, debugging, and optimizing mobile app performance
  • Experience collaborating within Agile product teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to own features from ideation through delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for user experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Eager to stay current with trends in mobile development and React Native ecosystem
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
