Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to join our mobile team. You’ll work on impactful projects, building intuitive and scalable cross-platform mobile applications that push boundaries and deliver real value. If you're passionate about mobile-first experiences and React Native development with TypeScript, this is the role for you. This is a hybrid position based in Cluj-Napoca, combining the flexibility of remote work with the energy of in-person collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications using React Native and TypeScript
Ensure consistent and performant user experiences across iOS and Android
Manage app deployment pipelines to the App Store and Google Play, including provisioning and release management
Build and maintain custom native modules using Swift and Kotlin, where required
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement features end-to-end
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that aligns with industry standards
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Monitor performance and debug issues in production environments

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production environments
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, and state management
Proven experience with mobile release pipelines on both iOS and Android
Familiarity with profiling, debugging, and optimizing mobile app performance
Experience collaborating within Agile product teams
Self-starter with the ability to own features from ideation through delivery
Strong attention to detail and a passion for user experience
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Eager to stay current with trends in mobile development and React Native ecosystem
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have:

Experience with Amazon Appstore and/or Chromebook app development
Strong experience with Expo
