Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of high-performance mobile applications using React Native (with Hooks, Context API, and Redux Toolkit). This role requires a deep understanding of cross-platform mobile development and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend engineers, and product managers.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and clarify requirements and propose solutions
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
Follow agile development methodologies and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of experience in developing Mobile React Native
Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong emphasis on React Native
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and relevant frameworks
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Experienced with Git repository management and git flow, as well as Scrum/Agile process
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High ability to read/write and communicate in English

Nice to have:

Experience with native iOS/Android development
Knowledge of GraphQL
Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing skills
