Job Description:

A global fintech is hiring a React Developer to join its London engineering team. You’ll work in a small, collaborative front-end group, building out modern React/TypeScript applications and contributing to an ambitious product roadmap. This isn’t a maintenance role – around 70–75% of the work is greenfield development, delivering new features across high-impact financial platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams, with opportunities to get involved in architecture, best practices, and mentoring as the team grows.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and optimise modern React/TypeScript web applications
Deliver new features while ensuring code quality, testing, and maintainability
Contribute to front-end architecture and state management decisions
Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Requirements:

Commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux or similar)
Strong foundations in testing, CI/CD, and accessibility
Ability to work both independently and as part of a lean, high-performing team

Nice to have:

Financial services experience
