Job Responsibility

Perform routine and complex imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, following proper protocols, and maintaining image quality and radiation safety (ALARA)
Assess and support patients and families, tailoring care to individual needs and creating a positive, informed experience
Train and mentor staff, including fellows, residents, students, and less experienced technologists in imaging techniques and departmental standards
Support daily operations and equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting malfunctions, managing supplies, and contributing to quality assurance projects
Participate in professional development and hospital initiatives, staying current on regulations and actively engaging in team meetings, compliance efforts, and core values-based practice

Associates Degree: Allied Health required
3 years of experience working as an MRI Technologist
MRI registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Must meet, successfully complete, and maintain the ARRT certification

Job Responsibility

Perform complex MRI procedures on both scheduled and emergency patients, ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality control and data integrity standards
Train and mentor staff, fellows, residents, and students in MRI techniques and procedures
Manage equipment and operations, including identifying malfunctions, assisting with inventory, quality assurance projects, and supporting daily departmental workflows
Provide leadership support by filling in for supervisors when needed, overseeing clinical operations, and championing new equipment or process improvements

Develop and manage software documentation and technical support content including user manuals video-based tutorials and training tools
Attend conferences and exhibitions, meet with clients and demonstrate PaxeraHealth medical imaging solutions
Help with the product setup process as well as provide product presentations to customers and visitors during trade shows
Work together with technical teams and user groups to solve clients’ problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases and peripherals
