Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Radiographer to join our Imaging team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, 1 year fixed term basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake all clinical work in the Imaging Department
  • Demonstrate specialised knowledge and expertise and support the Imaging Lead
  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service
  • Participate in the vetting and prioritising of all Imaging examinations according to departmental guidelines and in the optimisation and development of protocols
  • Produce high quality images to assist in diagnosis and treatment, while demonstrating high standards of care
  • Training and supervise junior staff and assistant staff in both the delivery of the service and their individual development needs in a motivational manner

Requirements:

  • Diploma of College of Radiographers/BSc Radiography or equivalent with HCPC registration
  • Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience ideally with private healthcare
  • Evidence of CPD
