Senior Rabbi

Woodside Park United Synagogue is looking to recruit an outstanding new Senior Rabbi / Rabbinic couple. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, charismatic and inspirational Senior Rabbi / Rabbinic couple with a passion to drive and implement a strategic vision, capable of energising our religious core while engaging the wider community. The selected individual / couple should be able to demonstrate their ability to be engaging, inspiring, non-judgmental and hard-working with a love of community. They would both be expected to immerse themselves at the heart of the community and engage with all members across the entire community with warmth, empathy and enthusiasm to understand the needs of our diverse community and to be able to cater for their pastoral, spiritual and educational requirements. With around 1,200 members, including almost 400 under the age of 21, WPS sits in a pleasant area of north London. These are roles which will excite and challenge. It offers the right rabbinic couple huge potential to grow the community sustainably and influence its religious and strategic development, and to make a lasting contribution to a community that is open to new ideas and initiatives.
