ResMed China R&D team has 20+ employee. We are dedicated on Curative product design and development and product life cycle maintenance and improvement. You will be actively engaging, from concept to production, in the design and development of new products and their manufacturing processes. Join us to grow with the team!

Job Responsibility

  • Leading product development to drive profitable growth of the business through the translation and execution of a clearly defined strategy
  • Providing leadership, to grow and maximize the performance and efficiency of the R&D team
  • Ensure the delivery of the product roadmap, defining and shaping team culture, as well as end to end program delivery ensuring solutions are delivered on time to market, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organizational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources
  • Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters
  • Directs and controls activities of a broad functional area through several senior managers and managers within the company
  • Has control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of related product development experience
  • Product development professional working in either fast or slow moving electronics with experience in leading a full stack team of mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineers
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company
  • Strong business acumen with growth mindset
  • Experience in team management with people-oriented management skills. Able to empower and help the team to develop
  • Ability to transform a team to adapt to the new requirements of the business
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
