Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Leading commercial activities across the full project lifecycle, from procurement to final account
• Managing subcontract packages, tender evaluations, and contract administration
• Driving cost control, forecasting, and detailed financial reporting
• Maximising cash flow through accurate valuations and timely invoicing
• Monitoring project performance to meet—and exceed—financial targets
• Identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and change control processes
• Ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining robust project records
• Supporting sustainability and carbon reduction objectives
• Mentoring and developing junior team members

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, procurement, and commercial reporting
• Ideally degree qualified with 6+ years' experience
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work closely with delivery teams in a site-based environment
• Experience within highways or civil engineering projects is highly desirable
