Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor role for a specialist subcontractor delivering high-spec interiors for the UK's leading Tier One contractors. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle on major London projects.

Job Responsibility:

Hold full commercial accountability from initial procurement through to final accounts
Manage drylining, ceilings, and partition packages (£2m-£10m+)
Oversee sub-bid analysis and specialist material orders
Deliver accurate CVRs and monthly cost-to-complete reports
Capture and negotiate design changes with Tier One partners
Lead the negotiation and settlement of the end-of-project accounts

Requirements:

Strong background in drylining, plastering, or internal fit-out
Proficiency in JCT/NEC forms and specialist sub-contract terms
Proven 'cradle-to-grave' delivery on site-based projects
Based in or able to commute easily to West London sites
