Job Description:

A dynamic, forward-thinking consultancy with offices nationwide is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Epping team. This is a genuine route to Associate Director, giving you the chance to lead projects, mentor staff, and play a pivotal role in regional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide variety of projects across Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport
Take ownership from day one, acting in both a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent
Work closely with the leadership team while building strong client relationships

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
