Job Description:

A forward-thinking, multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of high-impact public sector and residential projects across London – while progressing quickly into Associate. With over 100 staff in London and a dedicated cost management team of 20+, this consultancy offers the perfect mix of scale, flexibility, and ambition.

Job Responsibility:

Lead QS & EA duties across multiple projects
Handle cost planning, tendering, procurement, valuations, and client meetings
Mentor junior staff
Build strong relationships
Play a key role in growing the team and service offering
Lead projects from day one

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
Strong Pre and post contract experience / Experience leading projects inception to completion
Public Sector or Local Authority or Residential project experience
