Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to step into a high-profile position within a dynamic and fast-growing Healthcare Team. You’ll be joining an international consultancy with 12 UK offices and a footprint that spans Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and the US.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership, lead from the front, and enjoy clear, rapid progression towards Associate Director
Work on diverse, high-impact schemes that deliver tangible results

Requirements:

Construction related degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS ideally or working towards
Healthcare experience is ideal but not crucial
Strong pre & post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK consultancy environment

Nice to have:
