Job Description:

A forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for a confident, ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving central London team. With an enviable pipeline of Residential and Hotel projects (£40m-£150m), this is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up and lead.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of your own schemes in both a Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent capacity
  • Work across new build and refurbishment projects
  • Lead projects and work towards Associate level

Requirements:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying Experience within UK Consultancies
  • A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
  • A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
  • Excellent pre and post contract experience
  • MRICS ideally or working towards
