Job Description:

An ambitious, purpose-driven Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Exeter office. This dynamic firm, the first Chartered Surveyors globally to achieve B-Corp status, is widely respected for its environmental leadership and outstanding employee satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Support and manage a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and public sectors
Work on private developments and infrastructure schemes

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Pre and post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
MRICS or currently working towards
A full UK driving licence (desirable)

Nice to have:

A full UK driving licence
