Job Description:

A respected and long-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. As a key member of the Cost Consultancy team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a wide range of high-profile projects across sectors including Retail, Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Industrial. This is an ideal position for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to develop into an Associate role, with clear opportunities for progression.

Job Responsibility:

Managing client relationships
Leading project delivery from feasibility through to final account
Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
MRICS chartership preferred or working towards
Experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential
Strong technical knowledge across both pre and post-contract stages
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to manage multiple projects and client accounts

Nice to have:

MRICS chartership preferred or working towards
