Job Description:

A well-established cost consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Fitzrovia office. This role offers ownership of projects, collaboration with senior leadership, and opportunities for career progression within a people-focused consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver full pre and post-contract cost management services on schemes valued up to £40m
Work across Residential, Education, Leisure, Commercial, Hotel, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors
Manage multiple projects independently
Lead client meetings
Support junior team members in their development

Requirements:

MRICS qualification is a MUST
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Strong pre and post contract experience
Comfortable working across multiple projects/sectors
Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Previous experience managing junior surveyors/desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long term
